My focus lies in the treatment and prevention of physical injuries and improvement of overall
quality of health and lifestyle. I have received her undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in
Kinesiology and Health Sciences, with my Master’s thesis focusing on nutrition.
I enjoy treating a variety of patients including athletes, children, expecting and new moms,
patients with chronic and repetitive strain conditions and geriatric population. My treatments
are personalized and integrate techniques of acupuncture, spinal manipulative therapy, soft-
tissue therapy and exercise rehabilitation to ensure that the underlying cause is addressed and
prevent reoccurrence.
In my spare time I love participating in physical fitness, whether it be running or weight lifting. I
am always looking for ways to challenge myself having participated in Tough Mudder Mud Run
and give back to the community with the Sporting Life Run. As well, having completed my
master’s with a special interest in nutrition, I enjoy keeping up with the latest research and
recommendations for optimal nutritional health.
